UPDATE: <<Recent Southwestern graduate just said "NO!" to the DOJ>> Big win for DreamHost!
We previously reported that according to media outlets (NY Times, CNBC) the U.S. Justice Department requested data on more than one million visitors to an anti-Trump site hosted by DreamHost. Seriously? Not so fast DOJ, you first have to get through Southwestern alum Christopher Ghazarian '14 (DreamHost General Counsel).
Attorney Ghazarian explained that DOJ data requests are not uncommon... but this is different. He was right!
“Absent from a finding by the court that probable cause of criminal activity exists, the government will not be able to uncover the identities of these users. This is another huge win, not just for DreamHost, but for internet users around the world.”

Congratulations Mr. Ghazarian from the entire Southwestern Law School community. We are incredibly proud (but not surprised) about your win!
