Enrollment Marketing Specialist

Southwestern Law School is seeking a dynamic and innovative Enrollment Marketing Specialist to join the Communications and Marketing team. The Enrollment Marketing Specialist designs, coordinates, and implements comprehensive strategic communication campaigns focused on increasing enrollment at Southwestern Law School, with an emphasis on the law school’s forthcoming Online J.D. program.

The ideal candidate should be an exceptional storyteller and a strong writer with a track record of success launching paid social media, PPC advertising, and email campaigns to support recruitment marketing. Experience in marketing online graduate or professional programs is a huge plus.

This exempt position reports directly to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer. Fully remote and in-person applicants will be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and enrollment marketing strategies that align with Southwestern Law School's goals, mission, and brand.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including admissions, academic affairs, and student affairs, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on student recruitment and enrollment marketing.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in paid social media, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, particularly Slate CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $68,500 - $78,000/yr.
