Professor Flint is an entertainment attorney based in Los Angeles, CA. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and Linguistics from Boston College. He later received a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. He currently serves as in-house counsel for The Walt Disney Company by providing production legal advice to production executives, drafting and negotiating various below-the-line agreements for unscripted programming, and advising creative marketing partners to ensure promotional assets comply with FTC and FCC regulations. 

Prior to The Walt Disney Company, Professor Flint served as an Associate Counsel and  a Contracts Specialist for NBCUniversal’s television production arm, Universal Studio Group, where he drafted and negotiated various agreements for scripted and unscripted television productions.

While at Southwestern, Professor Flint served as treasurer of the Black Law Students Association, co-president of the Entertainment Law Society, and as a Peer Mentor. He was also a competing member of the Negotiation Honors Program, earning 1st place at the ABA Regional Negotiation Competition in 2018 and 2nd place overall at St. John’s Law FINRA Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon in 2019 with his teammates. 

Professor Flint continues to express his creative side through dance and love for food by dining at the newest restaurant in town.
