Professor Kim-Jackson is an Academic and Bar Support educator who has worked with students at law school across California. She was the Co-Director of Academic and Bar Support at Whittier Law School where she also taught International Law. She currently provides academic and bar support for Southwestern Law School, Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and Thomas Jefferson Law School, as well as independent tutoring for the bar exam.
Professor Kim-Jackson is also dedicated to helping those who are less fortunate. She worked to combat human trafficking in Los Angeles and served on the board of Home Forever, a foster care non-profit dedicated to providing support for foster care families. As a breast cancer survivor, she is currently working with organizations to provide support and resources to cancer patients in Los Angeles and Ethiopia.
